Lynn has an MFA in creative writing from Portland State University (Oregon) and was a 2015/16 resident associate at the National Humanities Center in North Carolina. She has given readings and workshops in the US, Canada, and France. Lynn has worked as an academic copy editor, adjunct instructor, online marketing manager, and publications director, and is now in a master’s program studying to become a clinical mental health counselor. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping, and, seeing/hearing art that involves collaboration, especially plays, movies, and music.

Lynn Otto’s first collection, Real Daughter, won a Unicorn Press First Book Award and was a 2020 Oregon Book Awards finalist. You can find work published in various print and online journals linked or listed HERE.
